PDP CANDIDATES CONGRATULATE PASTOR OSAGIE IZE-IYAMU ON HIS EMERGENCE AS EDO APC FLAGBEARER

BENIN - Former PDP House of assembly candidates, who contested the 2019 EDHA election and are currently in the All Progressives Congress (APC) have congratulated Pastor Osagie Ize-iyamu on his emergence as the Edo APC candidate.

In a statement issued by the group's Chairman, Hon. Cornelius Amhiegbereta in Benin, and it's Publicity Relations Officer, Hon Prophet Emmanuel Ojo Akhigbe-Agge, the candidates said they have never been in doubt of Ize-Iyamu's leadership dexterity and managerial acumen.

While thanking leaders and stakeholders of the APC for their unalloyed support during the entire direct primaries process conducted under a peaceful atmosphere, they commended the chairman and committee members of the primary election, Senator Hope Uzodimma for overseeing the most transparent primary poll in the history of the country despite the ravaging COVID-19 pandemic.

The group appealed to leaders and members for their continuous support towards ensuring that the former APC National Deputy Chairman, South-South becomes Governor of Edo state.
