Immediate past Executive Chairman of Esan South-East Local Government Council Hon. Peter Iziogie Aguele has felicitated with Barr Ken Imansuagbon on his birthday.
Hon. Aguele in his good will message to the Barr. Imansuagbon popularly called 'Rice Man' described him as a rare breed who is fully committed to the welfare and wellbeing of the down trodden in the society and has therefore inplanted an indelible mark in the sands of time while elougising his political sagacity and crusade towards the development of Esan land.
