A leading contestant in the forthcoming Local Government Council Election, Hon. Louis Imhandegbelo has felicitated with Chief Dr. Mrs. Lilly Odion-Ugbesia, the Efua of Ubiaja Kingdom, Proprietress, Lillydion International School as she celebrates her 65th Birthday today the 6th day of June 2021.
