Onolememen Congratulates Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala

Nigeria's former Minister of Works and the Adolor of Uromi Kingdom, Architect (Chief) Mike Onolememen, has congratulated Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, on her confirmation as the Director General of the World Trade Organization (WTO).

In a statement he issued and signed said, 'Mrs. Okonjo-Iweala is a quintessential Amazon and a worthy Ambassador of Nigeria.'

"I wish to congratulate a quintessential Amazon and a worthy ambassador of Nigeria and Africa, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, on her confirmation as the Director General of the World Trade Organization (WTO). 

"As her former colleague who worked closely with her in Nigeria's Federal Executive Council and the Economic Management Implementation Team, on key Public-Private Partnership Infrastructure Projects, I am confident that she will transform the WTO and make it more responsive to the needs of member-states.

"Judging by her reform-orientation, the world should look up to a positively reformed WTO during her tenure.
